What Is the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship?
The CHED Tulong Dunong Program is a government educational assistance program for college students. This batch, offered through the office of Congressman Eric Olivarez, opens 1,128 slots exclusively for residents of District 1, Parañaque City who are enrolling for Academic Year 2026–2027.
The program covers incoming 1st to 4th year college students, meaning it is open regardless of what year level you are currently in.
Who can apply?
To qualify, you must be:
- A resident of District 1, Parañaque City
- A college student enrolling for AY 2026–2027 (1st to 4th year)
Complete List of Requirements
Prepare one (1) set of original documents and one (1) set of photocopies of the following:
- Updated Voter’s Certification as of 2026
- Duly Accomplished Application Form (download at the link below)
- Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID picture
- Certified True Copy of Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration with subjects and units indicated, signed by the School Registrar for SY 2026–2027
- Barangay Indigency with the purpose stated as: CHED Requirements
- Photocopy of School ID or National ID
